How to Use the Stock Item Filter
To filter your stock items follow the steps below:
-
Navigate to the Warehouse Inventory Module by hovering over the Warehouse icon on the left hand side of the screen and clicking on "Warehouse Inventory".
- Click "List" on the top bar.
- Make sure the sidebar is visible by clicking on the 3 gray lines on the top left of the screen.
- Click on the "Filter" bar to view the different filter criteria.
- Select the criteria you would like to filter by by clicking on the dropdown arrows or by clicking on the field box. Remember, if a field has a visible dropdown arrow, you can only select one of those fields from the list. If the field does not have a dropdown arrow, then you can select multiple filters for that category.
- Your list should update with each filter as you select it. To reset your filtered view click the "Reset" button at the top of the sidebar.
Please note that your last view will hold within each module, meaning if you set up a filter for your stock items, that filter will remain until you reset your filter OR log out of the NEXGEN application.
