Different Views - Warehouse Inventory

When you enter the Warehouse Inventory Module on the Web App, you can click through different views. For more information on the views please see below.

Warehouse Inventory Views Introduction



Within the Warehouse Inventory Module, you can toggle your view. Currently, there are 5 different views available. To learn more about each view, please see below.

Non Stock List View

"Non Stock List" View allows you to view non stock items you have catalogued in your Warehouse but do not keep in your warehouse.


To view your Non Stock items follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to the Warehouse Module by clicking on the Warehouse Icon.
  2. At the top right of your screen, click on "Non Stock List". 
  3. Your non stock items should populate if you have any added to your warehouse.

List View

"List" view allows you to view items you have added to your warehouse as stock items.



To view your Stock items follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to the Warehouse Module by clicking on the Warehouse Icon.
  2. At the top right of your screen, click on "List". 
  3. Your stock items should populate if you have any added to your warehouse. Stock items with ZERO available stock will show a red ZERO for the available stock quantity.

Grid View

Grid view is a comprehensive way of viewing your stock items. Under grid view you can easily your stock items and create filters for different identifiers.



To view your stock items in Grid view, follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to the Warehouse Module by clicking on the Warehouse Icon.
  2. At the top right of your screen, click on "Grid". 
  3. Your stock items should populate if you have any added to your warehouse. Stock items with a ZERO for the "Available Qty" column
     will show a red ZERO under that column.

My Items View

"My Items" View allows you to view any items you are currently holding, transporting, or that have been assigned to you.


To view your stock items in Grid view, follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to the Warehouse Module by clicking on the Warehouse Icon.
  2. At the top right of your screen, click on "My Items". 
  3. Your stock items should populate if any have been assigned to you. When you are ready to return your item you can click on the "Return Item" button to select the Warehouse and Location you are moving your item(s) to.

My Orders View

"My Orders" View allows you to view any items you have requested through a Work Order. You may not have any orders to view if the items you requested did not create and Inventory Requisition. (For more information on Inventory Requisitions click here)

To view any orders you have requested through a Work Order follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to the Warehouse Module by clicking on the Warehouse Icon.
  2. At the top right of your screen, click on "My Orders". 
  3. Your orders should populate if you have any.
