Edit or Delete a Resource Attached to a Child PM - PM

Users can edit or delete resources that have been previously attached to a child PM. To do so, follow the steps below.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance in the blue sidebar to the left.
  2. Click Preventive Maintenance.

Edit or Delete a Resource Attached to a Child PM

To edit or delete resources that have been previously attached to a child PM:
  1. Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module.
  2. Open a child PM.

  3. Scroll to the Resource zone.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow next to a resource list item.
    1. If you are editing the number of hours a listed resource is working on a schedule, click the Edit button in the Resource zone header instead (top right). 
  5. Click Edit or Delete to edit a resource, resource role, or pay rate (bottom right).
    1. If you are editing the resource, make the desired changes and click Save.
    2. If you are deleting the resource, click Ok in the pop-up to confirm.
