Delete a Resource Attached to a Child PM - PM

You can delete a resource attached to a child PM within the Preventive Maintenance module. Do this if you would no longer like that resource attached to any work orders that fire from that PM. For specific instructions, see below.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance in the blue sidebar to the left.
  2. Click Maintenance.

Delete a Resource Attached to a Child PM

To delete a resource that was previously attached to a child PM:
  1. Open a child PM record.
    1. Child PM records are schedules attached to parent PMs.
    2. Click the drop-down next to a parent PM in List View and click a schedule, or click a schedule in the Schedule zone of a parent PM record.
  2. Scroll to the Resource zone.
  3. In the Resource zone, click the drop-down arrow to the left of a resource.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Click OK to confirm.
