Edit or Delete a Resource Attached to a Parent PM - PM

If needed, you can edit or delete a resource that you previously attached to a parent PM. To do so, follow the steps below.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance in the blue taskbar to the left.
  2. Click Preventive Maintenance.

Edit or Delete a Resource Attached to a Parent PM

To edit or delete a resource that is attached to a parent PM:
  1. Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module.
  2. Open a parent PM.
    1. For more on parent PMs, click here.
  3. Scroll to the Resource zone.
  4. Identify the resource you would like to edit or delete, then click the drop-down arrow next to it.
  5. Click Edit or Delete.
    1. If you are editing the resource, click Edit, make the desired changes, and click Save.
    2. If you are deleting the resource, click Delete. Then click Ok to confirm.
