Edit or Delete a Checklist in a Child PM - PM

Users can edit or delete an existing checklist on a child PM, if needed. For details on how to do so, see below.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance in the blue sidebar to the left.
  2. Click Preventive Maintenance.

Edit or Delete a Checklist in a Child PM

To edit or delete an existing checklist on a child PM:
  1. Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module.
  2. Open a child PM.

  3. Scroll to the Checklist zone.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow next to a checklist item.

  5. Click Edit or Delete.
    1. If you are editing, take the needed changes and click Save.
    2. If you are deleting, click Ok in the pop-up to confirm.
