Edit or Delete a Checklist in a Child PM - PM
Users can edit or delete an existing checklist on a child PM, if needed. For details on how to do so, see below.
Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module
To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
- From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance in the blue sidebar to the left.
- Click Preventive Maintenance.
Edit or Delete a Checklist in a Child PM
To edit or delete an existing checklist on a child PM:
- Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module.
- Open a child PM.

- Scroll to the Checklist zone.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to a checklist item.
- Click Edit or Delete.
- If you are editing, take the needed changes and click Save.
- If you are deleting, click Ok in the pop-up to confirm.
