Edit or Delete Items Attached to a Child PM - PM

You can edit or delete items that have been previously attached to a child PM. To do so, follow the steps below.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance in the blue taskbar to the left.
  2. Click Preventive Maintenance.

Edit or Delete Items Attached to a Child PM

To edit or delete items that have been previously attached to a child PM:
  1. Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module.
  2. Open a child PM.

  3. Scroll to the Items zone.

  4. Click the drop-down arrow next to an item.
  5. Click Edit or Delete.
    1. If you are editing the item, make the necessary changes and click Save.
    2. If you are deleting the item, click Ok to confirm the item's deletion.
