Delete a Resource from a Parent PM - PM

If there is a resource attached to a parent PM that you would like to delete, you can do so by following the steps below.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Preventive Maintenance in the blue sidebar to the left.
  2. Click Preventive Maintenance.

Delete a Resource from a Parent PM

To delete an existing resource from a parent PM:
  1. Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module.
  2. Open a parent PM record.
  3. Scroll down to the Resource zone.
  4. Locate the resource you would like to delete and click the drop-down arrow next to it.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Click Ok to confirm deletion.
