Add an Existing Customer to a Service Request Record - Service Request

If you have a customer and their information already registered in NEXGEN, you can quickly add them to service requests by following the steps below.

Navigate to the Service Request Module

To navigate to the service request module:
  1. In the top left of the screen, tap the three line icon to open the navigation menu.
  2. Tap Service Request.

Add an Existing Customer to a Service Request Record

To add an existing customer to a service request record:
  1. Navigate to the Service Request module.
  2. Locate and tap on a service request to open its record.
  3. Go to the Customer tab.
  4. Tap +Existing Customer.
  5. Search or filter for the customer you would like to add.
  6. Tap Save.
Note: You can also use the Action menu to quickly add an existing customer to a service request. To do this, open a service request, tap the three dot icon in the top right of the record, and select Add Existing Customer.
