Add an Attachment to an Existing Service Request

Back

  1. Tap on Service Request module from the left side menu
  2. Tap on an existing Service Request
  3. Tap on Attachments tab
  4. Tap on the Upload icon
  5. Choose where to upload the image from
  6. Select the image from the location
  7. Enter a new image name if required and choose the size
  8. Tap Save
  9. Note: You can also use Action button to add an attachment to the Service Request
