Add a New Customer to a Service Request Record - Service Request
If you need to add an additional customer and their contact information to a service request, you can do so in the Customer tab. See below for instructions on how to do so.
Navigate to the Service Request Module
To navigate to the Service Request module:
- In the top left of the screen, tap on the three line icon to open the navigation menu.
- Tap Service Request.
Add a New Customer to a Service Request Record
To add a new customer to a service request record, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the Service Request module.
- Locate and tap on a service request to open its record.
- Go to the Customer tab.
- Tap +Customer.
- Turn the Add as Customer toggle on.
- Fill in the customer details.
- Tap Save.
Note: You can also use the Action menu to quickly add a new customer to a service request. To do this, open a service request, tap the three dot icon in the top right of the record, and select Add New Customer.
