Subscribe Users to Notifications - Notification

Navigate to the User Notifications Page

To navigate to the User Notifications page:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Settings in the blue sidebar to the left.
  2. Click Notifications in the blue sidebar.
  3. Click User Notifications.

Subscribe Users to Notifications

To subscribe certain users or user groups to notifications:
  1. Navigate to the User Notifications page.
  2. Use the hierarchy tree on the left to select a user group or a specific user.
    1. Click at the top level to select a user group, or click the drop-down arrows to drill down to specific users.
  3. On the right, use the tabs to navigate to the desired notifications.

  4. Check the boxes next to a notification to subscribe the selected user or user group to that specific notification.
    1. You can select any or all of the checkboxes labeled Alert, SMS, or Email to have the user receive the notification in the chosen format.
  5. Click Save when finished.
