Create Custom Notifications

Create Custom Notifications

  1. Click on Settings category icon
  2. Hover cursor over Notifications category icon OR click on Notifications icon
  3. Click on Manage Notifications option in accordion popout
  4. Click on the dropdown arrow next to either Custom Notiications
  5. Click on module name you wish create a custom notification for
  6. Click Add button
  7. Enter Name and select Active checkbox
  8. Enter Alert, SMS, or Email message by selecting fields to merge into message.
  9. Example: Work Order [WONumberhas been assigned to you with Main Task [WOMaintTask].
  10. Select a Trigger Type and Condition from dropdown arrows at bottom of page
  11. Example: (Trigger Type) Department, (Condition) Facility Maintenance
  12. Click Save button
