Show or Hide Previous Values of an Inspection - Inspections

Users can choose to show or hide previous values from an Inspection if they would like field workers to fill out wholly new values instead of modifying old ones. Toggling this option can be done in the User Defined module when creating or editing an Inspection Type.

Navigate to the User Defined Module

The option of showing or hiding previous values on an Inspection can be toggled in the User Defined module. To navigate to this module:
  1. Click "Settings" in the blue task bar to the left.
  2. Click "Setup."
  3. Click "User Defined."

Show or Hide Previous Values

To show or hide previous values:
  1. Navigate to the User Defined module using the steps listed in the section above.
  2. Add a new Inspection Type or open an existing Inspection Type.
    1. To add a new Inspection Type, click "+Add" in the top left. Then click "Inspection Type."

    2. To open an existing Inspection Type, open the Inspection drop down in the menu to the left. Then click an Inspection Type and click "Edit."
  3. Toggle the Show Previous checkbox on or off.
    1. Check the box off to make previous values visible.
    2. Unmark the box to hide previous values.
  4. Click "Save."
