Use the Sidebar to Search and Filter for Records - General Help

Searching is a fast, easy way to find the record or records you are looking for. You can search for records based on different criteria. The search side bar is visible in most modules and frequently includes search by number and address. Depending on the specific module, users can also search by customer, asset name, main task, Supervisor, Lead, and more.

Search for Records Using the Sidebar

  1. Select search criteria from the drop-down.
  2. Type text into the text box and press Enter or click the magnifying glass icon.
    1. Note: When searching by address, only type the numbers and street.
  3. Use the Reset button to reset your search criteria.

Tip: Use the Exact Match button to limit your search to exactly the text you typed.
