Print a Record - General Help

Many records in NEXGEN have the option to print items using the Print feature. In order to print records, you must have the ability to view reports.

Print a Record

  1. Open the record you intend to print.
  2. Click "Print" in the upper right corner.

Print Multiple Records at a Time


To print multiple records at once:
  1. Navigate to the module you would like to print records from.
  2. Ensure you are in list or grid view.
  3. Check the boxes next to the records you would like to print, or check the top box to select all records in the list.
  4. Click "Multiple Print."
