List View - General Help

List view is commonly utilized by NEXGEN users to see multiple records at once and can be sorted and filtered at the user's discretion. See below for more on list view and how to use it to navigate modules in NEXGEN.

Navigating to List View

Most modules in NEXGEN feature list view. To navigate to list view in these modules:
  1. Open the module you want to view by using the blue task bar to the left.
  2. In the top right of the module, click the List button.

What is list view?

When you enter a module and select list view, you are presented with a list of the records within that module. You can click into an item on the list to view the full record. 

List view looks the same in every module. You can use it to view important information about each record quickly. If you want to see more information on multiple records at the same time, we recommend using grid view instead.
