Edit Multiple Service Requests - Service Request
NEXGEN users can edit or print multiple records at a time. This can be especially useful when you need to change the same information for many service requests, such as replacing a lead worker. See below for more on how to select, edit, or print multiple service requests.
Video Overview
Edit Multiple Service Requests
- Navigate to the Service Request Module by clicking Customer > Service Request.
- Select service requests by clicking the checkboxes.
- Or, select ALL service on a page by checking the checkbox in the top tool bar.
- After selecting multiple service requests, the Multiple Edit button will appear at the top.
- Click the Multiple Edit button to edit information about the selected service requests. A screen will pop up containing fields that can be edited. If you edit a field on this pop up screen, the information will replace the previous information in that field on both service requests. If you leave a field blank on this pop up screen, the previous information for that field will remain for both service requests.
