Filter Service Requests

Filter to narrow the list of service requests shown. There are three filters to choose from. Filters can be used in list view, grid view, and map view in the Service Request Module.

Tree Filter

Use the Tree to filter by a single criteria. 

  1. Select filter criteria from the dropdown. 
  2. Click one of the options beneath the dropdown.

Filters

Use the Filters to filter by multiple criteria at the same time. Select a single option from drop downs and multiple options for list boxes. 

Note - you must reset your existing search criteria before using the filters

System Filter

Use the system filter to filter service requests by a department or division.

  1. Select a department or division from the system filter
  2. Click the x to remove the current filter
