Create a New Service Request - Service Request

Create a New Service Request - Service Request

Previously, NEXGEN users were only able to add service requests based on an address. As of the launch of version 12, users are now able to create a service request by address, coordinates, location, or asset. These features were added to expand the use of service request creation in the Service Request module. For additional details on creating service requests as was documented for our prior builds, see this article.

Note: You can configure the default SR problem area that is used to create new service requests in Company Options. Click here to see an article detailing how to do so.
