Add Checklist to a Child PM - PM
Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module
To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
- From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance in the blue sidebar to the left.
- Click Preventive Maintenance.
Add a Checklist to a Child PM
To add a checklist to a PM from a Child PM:
- Open a child PM in the Preventive Maintenance module.
- In a parent PM, locate the Schedule zone and click on a schedule.
- Scroll down to the Checklist zone and click +Add, or click the drop-down arrow next to +Add and select Add From Task.
- If you clicked +Add, enter the checklist name and details.
- If you are adding from a task, select the tasks in the pop-up that appears using the checkboxes.
- You can use the Associated Tasks and Checklist Name tabs and hierarchy trees to narrow your results.
- Click Save (or Attach if you are adding from a task).
