Add Checklist to a Child PM - PM

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance in the blue sidebar to the left.
  2. Click Preventive Maintenance.

Add a Checklist to a Child PM

To add a checklist to a PM from a Child PM:
  1. Open a child PM in the Preventive Maintenance module.
    1. In a parent PM, locate the Schedule zone and click on a schedule.
  2. Scroll down to the Checklist zone and click +Add, or click the drop-down arrow next to +Add and select Add From Task.
    1. If you clicked +Add, enter the checklist name and details.
    2. If you are adding from a task, select the tasks in the pop-up that appears using the checkboxes.
      1. You can use the Associated Tasks and Checklist Name tabs and hierarchy trees to narrow your results.
  3. Click Save (or Attach if you are adding from a task).
