1) Open an employee Timesheet record 2) On the toolbar, select Service Request 3) Click + Add 4) Select Service Request Number from drop down list 5) Enter hours and Pay Type 6) Click the White Checkmark

1) Open an employee Timesheet record 2) On the toolbar, select ServiceRequest 3) Click + Add 4) Select Service Request Number from drop down list 5) Enter hours and Pay Type 6) Click the White Checkmark
Print Employee Timesheet
1) Open an employee Timesheet record 2) On toolbar, select Print 3) Printable PDF will automatically download
Unsubmit Timesheet Which Has Already Been Submitted
1) Open an employee Timesheet record 2) Locate submitted Timesheet 3) Check the row you wish to unsubmit 4) Click Unsubmit
View All Employees from all Departments
1) Expand the Tree 2) Click the Show All Departments button
Group Timesheet Records with the Same Task (Job Number)
1) Open a Timesheet record 2) Click the Grouped checkbox 3) Timesheet records with the same Task (Job Number) will now be grouped so overall time can be viewed for a particular Task type
Create and Submit New Timesheet
1) Locate employee under tree 2) Click on Employee name 3) Click + Add 4) Select Task (Job Number), Enter Description, enter time for each day, and select Pay Type 5) Click the Blue Checkmark 6) To submit, check the checkboxes of the Tasks to ...
