View Work Orders Associated with a Child PM - PM

Viewing a child PM record allows you to see historical data associated with that PM, including any work orders that have been fired off according to that schedule. See the instructions below for how to view a child PM's work order history. To learn more about child PMs, click here.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance in the blue sidebar to the left.
  2. Click Preventive Maintenance.

View Work Orders Associated with a Child PM

To view a child PM's work order history:
  1. In the Preventive Maintenance module, click into a child PM.
  2. Scroll down to the Work Order zone.
  3. Adjust the timeframe filter, if needed.
    1. Month to Date (MTD): Work orders from the previous month
    2. Year to Date (YTD): Work orders from the previous year
    3. Life to Date (LTD): Work orders from all time
