View an Asset's Inspection History - Asset Inventory

The asset inventory is where you can view assets' historical data, including their inspection history. Use the instructions below to see how to view this data.

Navigate to the Asset Inventory Module

To navigate to the Asset Inventory module:
  1. In the top left, tap the three line icon to open the navigation menu.
  2. Tap Asset Inventory.

View an Asset's Inspection History

To view an asset's inspection history:
  1. Navigate to the Asset Inventory.
  2. Locate and tap on an asset to open its record.
  3. Tap on the Inspection (INS) tab.
    1. Tap the date filter to switch between Month to Date (MTD), Year to Date (YTD), and Life to Date (LTD). By default, the filter will be set to MTD.
