Edit the Display Picture of an Existing Asset - Asset Inventory

You can change the display picture of an existing asset from the NEXGEN app. This photo serves as a visual aid for assets and is viewable both on the record and in list view.

Navigate to the Asset Inventory

To navigate to the Asset Inventory:
  1. In the top left, tap the three line icon to open the navigation menu.
  2. Tap Asset Inventory.

Edit the Display Picture of an Existing Asset

To change an asset's display photo:
  1. Navigate to the Asset Inventory.
  2. Locate and select an asset to open its record.
  3. In the top left of the record, tap the picture icon.
  4. Tap the pencil icon in the top right.
  5. Select an image and size.
  6. Tap Save.
