Standard Reports - Performance Reports

Standard reports (sometimes also called stock reports) are reports that come with every NEXGEN site. These reports are designed to help organizations extract and analyze data from NEXGEN. To access NEXGEN Standard Reports, users must navigate to the Performance Module.

Navigate to the Performance Reports Module

To navigate to the Performance Reports module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click "Performance."
  2. Click "Performance Reports."

Searching for a Report


The Standard tab within the Performance Report module houses a large number of stock reports for you to choose from. You can narrow your search by searching for a report by name or by using the search bar within the module. To navigate to and search within the Standard Reports tab:
  1. Navigate to the Performance Reports module.
  2. Click "Standard" in the top left.
  3. Reports will be listed by module. Click the drop-down arrow next to a module name to view the reports pertaining for that module.
  4. Search by keyword by using the search bar in the top right of the module.

View and Export a Report



You can generate, view, and export reports from the Performance Reports module. To do this:
  1. Navigate to the Performance Reports module.
  2. Locate and click on a report name to open the report.
  3. Fill out the report filters at the top. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).
  4. When you are finished entering your desired filter parameters, click "Show Report."
  5. To look through the report, use the following report tools:
    1. For multi-page reports, scroll through the pages with the arrow buttons.
    2. Reload the report by clicking the circular arrow icon.
    3. Zoom in or out by changing the viewing percentage.
    4. Export the report by clicking the floppy disk icon and selecting Excel, Word, or PDF.
    5. Print the report by clicking the Print icon.
    6. Search for or highlight a word or phrase in the report by typing into the text box and clicking "Find." Click "Next" to find the text's next occurrence within the report.
