Print an Asset Record - Asset Inventory
Print or download an asset record for easy sharing outside of NEXGEN. When you use the Print function within NEXGEN, a formatted PDF is automatically generated with all of the asset's information populated. This includes the Asset Info, Asset Details, Asset Attributes, Work Order History, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Inspection history, Condition Assessment history, Meter Readings, and Comments.
Print an Asset Record
- Open the asset record you would like to print or save.
- Select "Print" in the upper right hand corner.
- A formatted PDF will automatically download.
- Open the file and print or share as needed.

Note: A user must have the permission to view reports in order to print an asset record.
