Subscribing to Reports - Performance Reports

NEXGEN users have the option of subscribing to reports via the Performance Reports module. This allows them to receive automatically generated reports of their choosing with data parameters already set.

Navigating to the Performance Reports Module

To navigate to the Reports module:
  1. Click on the Performance icon on the main task bar to the left.
  2. Click "Performance Reports."

If you have not favorited any reports before, the Reports module will open to an empty screen. This is normal; the Reports module defaults to the Favorites tab when opened and will not display any reports if none are favorited.

Subscribing to a Report

To subscribe to a report:
  1. Locate the report you would like to subscribe to.
    1. Go to the Standard tab to browse NEXGEN's stock reports, which are organized by module.
    2. Go to the Ad Hoc tab to view custom reports you've already created.
  2. Click the clock icon to the right of your chosen report to subscribe to it.
  3. You will be able to adjust the parameters for the report using the empty fields,
    1. These fields will vary depending on what data the report needs.
  4. Click "Subscribe" when finished. You will receive the reports in your email according to the schedule parameters you have set.
