Subscribing to Reports - Performance Reports
Navigating to the Performance Reports Module
To navigate to the Reports module:
- Click on the Performance icon on the main task bar to the left.
- Click "Performance Reports."
If you have not favorited any reports before, the Reports module will open to an empty screen. This is normal; the Reports module defaults to the Favorites tab when opened and will not display any reports if none are favorited.
Subscribing to a Report
To subscribe to a report:
- Locate the report you would like to subscribe to.
- Go to the Standard tab to browse NEXGEN's stock reports, which are organized by module.
- Go to the Ad Hoc tab to view custom reports you've already created.
- Click the clock icon to the right of your chosen report to subscribe to it.
- You will be able to adjust the parameters for the report using the empty fields,
- These fields will vary depending on what data the report needs.
- Click "Subscribe" when finished. You will receive the reports in your email according to the schedule parameters you have set.
