Find a specific service request quickly by searching. Search by number, customer first name, customer last name, address, date, start date, end date, or description. Search in list view, grid view, and map view in the Service Request Module.

Search Service Requests
- Navigate to the Service Request Module. Click Customer > Service Request.
- Select search criteria from the dropdown.
- Type text into the text box and click enter or click the magnifying glass icon. Note: when searching by address, just type the numbers and street.
- Use the Reset button to reset your search criteria.
NEXGEN Tip: Use the "Exact Match" button to limit your search to exactly the text you typed. Use the "My SR" button to limit search to only My Service Requests. |
