My Work Orders - Work Order

My Work Orders - Work Order

You can filter to only see your own work orders in NEXGEN. This allows you to see a collection of work orders that have you set as the "requested by," the lead, or the supervisor. See below for two methods for how to do this.

Video Overview

Locating My Work Orders

You can locate your work orders in three different ways in NEXGEN.

Method 1: View your bell notifications.

You can access your assigned work orders by clicking on the bell icon. Click on a notification to open that work order.

Method 2: Use the dashboard buckets.

Click any of the buckets labeled My Work Orders to be taken to the Work Order module with filters already applied. These buckets are divided by status.

Method 3: Use the My WO filter.

The My WO filter is in the Work Order module's sidebar. Turn this on to only see work orders you are the lead, supervisor, or "requested by" for.
