Go Offline - iPad

You can work offline in NEXGEN by accessing Offline Mode through our mobile apps. For steps on how to access Offline Mode on the iPad, see below.

Access Offline Mode

To access Offline Mode on the iPad:
  1. Tap on the NEXGEN Hot Spot.
  2. Tap on Go Offline.
  3. Review the information that is displayed, then tap OK to proceed.
  4. A pop-up will appear describing the data that will be taken offline for offline access. Tap Done in the top right after reviewing the list.
    1. If you have not cached any assets or warehouse items, a pop-up will appear asking if you would like to proceed. Tap "Yes, Go Offline" to continue, or tap "Cache Data" to cache assets and/or warehouse items for use offline.
  5. Once you are offline, a notification will pop up confirming you are in Offline Mode. 
    1. To return online, tap Go Online in the top right of the Dashboard, then tap Sync.
