  1. Tap on Assessment module
  2. Tap on an existing Condition Assessment
  3. Tap on Work Order tab
  4. Tap on + Work Order
  5. Fill in required information marked by asterisk
  6. Tap Save
  7. Note: You can also use Action button to add a new work order to the Condition Assessment
