Add Attachment to an Existing Condition Assessment

Back

  1. Tap on Assessment module
  2. Tap on an existing Condition Assessment
  3. Tap on Attachments tab
  4. Tap on the Upload icon
  5. Choose where to upload the image from
  6. Tap OK to allow the iPad to access your photos
  7. Select the image from the location
  8. Enter a new image name if required and the size
  9. Tap Done
  10. Note: You can also use Action button to add an attachment to the Condition Assessment
