Change the Status of a CA on the iPad - Condition Assessment

Since sub-statuses were introduced to the Condition Assessment (CA) module, changing the status of a CA has changed a bit. To change the status of a Condition Assessment, review the steps below.

Navigating to the Condition Assessment Module

To navigate to the Inspection module on the iPad:
  1. Tap the NEXGEN Hot Spot at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Locate and tap "Assessment" at the bottom of the pop up.

Selecting Sub-Statuses on a Condition Assessment

Sub-statuses are created by your organization and can be configured for your specific condition assessment process. Note that parent statuses cannot be removed or modified.

To change the statue of a condition assessment:
  1. Open the condition assessment you would like to change the status of.
  2. The Status bar will be listed at the top of the record. Tap the drop-down arrow next to a parent status OR tap the 3 dots to see all statuses listed.
  3. Tap the status you would like to assign to the condition assessment.
  4. A pop up will appear. Select "Ok" to confirm the status change.
  5. The status change will reflect on the record.
