Add New Purchase Requisition (Controlled Inventory = TRUE)

Set 'Controlled Inventory = TRUE'

  1. Go to Settings > Setup > Company Options > Inventory
  2. Click on Edit at the top RHS of the screen
  3. Set 'Controlled Inventory = TRUE'
  4. Click on Save

Add New Purchase Requisition

  1. Go to Maintenance > Work Order
  2. Click on any Existing Work Order from the list or create a new one
  3. Go to Parts Panel & Click Add on Parts Panel Heading
  4. Select the parts you wish to add by clicking on the checkbox
  5. Enter estimated quantity
  6. Click Attach
  7. Go to Warehouse > Purchase Requisition
  8. Click on Purchase Requisition that was created from the Work Order
