View & Create Condition Assessments for Asset
A condition assessment is a technical assessment of an asset. The result of a condition assessment is an updated ACI (Asset Condition Index), which will affect the remaining useful life of the asset. View all current and historical condition assessments for an asset. Create a new condition assessment directly from the asset record.

View Condition Assessments for Asset
- Open an asset record and scroll to the Condition Assessment zone.
- View condition assessments by MTD (month-to-date), YTD (year-to-date), and LTD (life-to-date).
- To filter the list of condition assessments, click the funnel icon at the top of a column. Select your operator and type text to filter. To clear a filter, click the funnel icon again and select Clear.
Note - by default, condition assessments are shown for the parent and child assets. Condition assessments for child assets are denoted with the building icon. To show only condition assessments for the parent asset, click the Show CA for current Asset button.
Create a New Condition Assessment
- Click + Add on the Condition Assessment zone of the asset record.
- Select the Condition Assessment Type.
