The Preventive Maintenance module in NEXGEN allows users to link unscheduled PMs to each other to create a long PM train. When one PM WO closes, the next one fires off. PM trains are applicable to many different types of scenarios; for example, it might be useful to link PMs together if maintenance for one building should happen after maintenance for another, or if pipe cleaning happens in various zones in succession but completion times for each zone vary. See below for how to link PMs together to create a train.
Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module
To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
- From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance.
