- NEW! 811 ticket data is now visible on the dashboard.
- NEW! We've updated the user interface to include a reporting button, additional sorting options, and miscellaneous visual improvements.
- UPDATE! The response comment field for 811 tickets is now visible and the character count has been increased to 1500.

- FIX! Resolved an issue where unfulfilled item quantities were not clearing after IRs were marked as complete or cancelled. (#24692)
