Tablet Application Updates

Asset Inventory

  1. Users can now type in an asset QR code in the search bar to find an asset in addition to scanning. (#23758)

Forms

  1. A quick action button to create a form will now be visible in the Hotspot. Users can tap to create a form without having to navigate to the Form module.
  2. Non-asset forms can now be created directly from the Form module.
  3. Asset Forms will now be visible in the “Forms” tab on a work order. Users can navigate to the Forms tab to verify pending Forms and easily see if a Form needs to be completed.
  4. Users can now favorite their most frequently used forms for quick Form creation.

Work Order

  1. Added the ability to set resources as favorites: Users can now save employees to quickly add time without searching/filtering.
  2. Asset Forms will now be visible in the Forms tab on a work order. Users can navigate to the Forms tab to verify pending Forms and easily see if a Form needs to be completed.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue that caused tablet applications to crash when adding photos to a work order. (#25220)
  2. Fixed an issue that prevented users from adding stock items to a work order via QR code scan. (#26829)
  3. Fixed an issue that caused an error to display when scanning item tags in the store module. (#26911)
  4. Fixed the issue of WOs on the web falsely showing assets as complete when creating linked WOs. (#26019)
  5. Fixed the issue of attachments not appearing across devices. (#27462)
  6. Fixed various 811 module issues including UDFs not displaying, allowing closure of tickets without a response, word wrap issues, and naming inconsistencies. (#27356) 
  7. Users without the appropriate permission will no longer be able to select an Inventory Requisition sub-status. (#25886)
  8. Store requisitions should now show up under "My Orders" in the Inventory Requisition module as expected. (#26827)
