  Back Tap on Service Request module Tap on + at the top LHS Fill in the required fields marked by an asterisk Tap on Save at the top

• Create a Work Order from a Service Request

  Back Tap on Service Request module Tap on any Service Request Tap on the Action button next to Save Tap on Create Work Order Tap Ok on the popup screen to confirm Enter details for the new Work Order Tap Save

• View a Service Request in New Status

  Back Tap on Dashboard module if not already on the screen Tap on New tab from My Service Requests Tap on any existing Service Request from the list  

• Add New Customer to Existing Service Request

  Back Tap on Service Request module Tap on an existing Service Request Tap on Customers tab Tap on + New Customer Tap on Add as Customer Fill in the details Tap Done Note: You can also use Action button to add a new customer to the Service Request
