View PDF and Word Attachments with Inbuilt Viewer

The inbuilt viewer allows PDFs and Word document attachments to be viewed without downloading. Currently, this feature is only available for the web version of NEXGEN.

View PDF and Word Attachments with Inbuilt Viewer

 To view PDFs and Word attachments without downloading them:

1. Navigate to the Attachments zone of a record (work order, asset, etc.). 
   
2. Either click the attachment link or click the dropdown arrow on the attachment and click View.
   
3. The attachment will pop up in a window where you have the following tools:
   
1. Search for a word or phrase in the document
   
2. Scroll through pages or jump to a particular page
   
3. Zoom in or out
   
4. Make the document window full screen
   
5. Print
   
6. Download
