  3. Tap on any existing Service Request from the list

    • View a Service Request in New Status

      Back Tap on Dashboard module if not already on the screen Tap on New tab from My Service Requests Tap on any existing Service Request from the list  

    • View a Closed Today Service Request

      Back Tap on Dashboard module if not already on the screen Tap on Closed Today tab from My Service Requests Tap on any existing Service Request from the list

    • Create a New Service Request

      Back Tap on Service Request module Tap on + at the top LHS Fill in the required fields marked by an asterisk Tap on Save at the top
