Note: To use this feature, you must be on a parent PM with a schedule attached, your site must have the NAMI PM Builder enabled, and your user group must have the permission turned on. For details on enabling the NAMI PM Builder, see Set Up NAMI PM Builder - Company Options.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

1. Click Maintenance in the blue sidebar to the left.
   
2. Click Preventive Maintenance.
   

Generate a PM Checklist Using NAMI PM Builder

1. 

   Navigate to the PM you want to add a checklist to.
   
2. Scroll to the Checklist zone.
   
1. Please note that you MUST be on the parent PM to see this feature and have the appropriate permissions. Please see Set Up NAMI PM Builder - Company Options for more information.
3. Click the arrow next to +Add, then click Upload.
   
4. In the slider that appears, click Add OEM Manual and select the PDF appropriate PDF file using your file browser.
   
5. Select a start page and end page. These should reflect the beginning and end of the maintenance section of the OEM.
   
6. Click Generate Checklist. 
   
7. NAMI will create checklist items from the pages you specified. Edit these checklist items as needed.
   
1. Click the pencil icon next to a checklist item to edit its text.
   
2. Click the checkmark to confirm your edits. You can also make edits to multiple fields and click Save All Changes to save your edits.
8. Click the checkbox next to any checklist items you would like to keep.
   
1. Click the topmost checkbox to select all of the displayed checklist items.
   
2. Switching to different pages does not clear out your selection. You can navigate to other pages without losing what you've already selected.
9. Click Add Checklist. Once the system is done processing this request, your new checklist will be visible in the Checklist zone of the PM record.
