Setup External SR Mapping
Note: Client must have 311 Service Portal enabled to configure External SR in NEXGEN
- Go to Settings > Setup > Company Options
- Click on External SR Mapping
- Click Edit
- Enter the SR Mapping URL for the 311 Service Portal that is configured for you
- Choose a Default Requester that will be tagged as 'Requested By' for all Service Requests that come in
- Click Save
