Setup External SR Mapping

Note: Client must have 311 Service Portal enabled to configure External SR in NEXGEN

  1. Go to Settings > Setup > Company Options
  2. Click on External SR Mapping
  3. Click Edit
  4. Enter the SR Mapping URL for the 311 Service Portal that is configured for you
  5. Choose a Default Requester that will be tagged as 'Requested By' for all Service Requests that come in
  6. Click Save
