Select Multiple Assets

Back

  1. Tap on GIS module from the left side menu
  2. Use your finger to zoom to the appropriate map level (a closer zoom makes it easier to select a single Asset)
  3. Tap on the Multiple Select button
  4. Tap your finger in multiple areas of the screen to select all of the Assets in that area
  5. Tap on the Multiple Select button when finished
  6. Tap on Add to add the Assets to a Work Order, Condition Assessment, or Inspection

      Back Tap on GIS module from the left side menu Tap on the Select Layers icon from the top Select the layers are required on the pop up Tap Save

    • Complete All Assets

      Back Tap on Work Order module from the left side menu Tap on an existing Work Order Tap on Assets tab Click on Complete All

    • Hide ALL Completed Assets in Work Order

      Back Tap on Work Order module from the left side menu Tap on an existing Work Order Tap on Assets tab Tap on Hide Complete at the bottom of the screen
