Select Multiple Assets

Select Multiple Assets

Back

  1. Tap on GIS module
  2. Use your finger to zoom to the appropriate map level (a closer zoom makes it easier to select a single Asset)
  3. Tap on the Multiple Select button
  4. Tap your finger in multiple areas of the screen to select all of the Assets in that area
  5. Tap on the Multiple Select button when finished
  6. Tap on Add to add the Assets to a Work Order, Condition Assessment, or Inspection

    • Hide ALL Completed Assets in Work Order

      Back Tap on Work Order module Tap on an existing Work Order Tap on Assets tab Tap on Hide Complete at the bottom of the screen
    • Select the Basemap Gallery in the Map View

      Back Tap on GIS module Tap on the Basemap Gallery icon from the top Select the required image from the base map gallery popup
