Release Notes - Web Version 16.1.0

811 Module

1. NEW! 811 ticket data is now visible on the maintenance dashboard.
   
2. NEW! We’ve updated the user interface to include a reporting button, additional sorting options, and miscellaneous visual improvements.
   
3. UPDATE! The response comment field for 811 tickets is now visible and the character count has been increased to 1500.
   

Assets & Asset Inventory

1. FIX! The issue of parent/child asset associations not working via process alignment has been fixed. (#23047)
   

Contractor Portal

1. NEW! The Contractor Portal will now display a new work order report unique to Contractor Portal.
   

Cycle Count

1. FIX! The issue of the cycle count warehouse manager dashboard filter not working for the This Week/Month filters has been resolved. (#25378)
   

Dashboard

1. NEW! We’ve added 811 ticket data to the dashboard to reflect the addition of the new 811 module.
   
2. UPDATE! The dashboard has a new, updated look and feel, including minor text and icon changes.
   

Data Import Tool

1. FIX! The Data Import Tool should now allow users to export stock item export sheets. (#25335)
   

GIS

1. UPDATE! The spatial query tool has been enhanced to improve loading times.
   
2. FIX! Resolved an issue with the GIS map sometimes taking users to the coast of Africa rather than the company address set in Company Options. (#25075)
   
3. FIX! Resolved the issue of the GIS Feature Service Editor not displaying assets when activated. (#24948)
   
4. FIX! Users should now be able to edit features on the map. (#25126)
   
5. FIX! GIS group name edits should now update in the system. (#25144)
   
6. FIX! GIS group layer sorting should now refresh the layer list accurately. (#24989)
   
7. FIX! The GIS should now display assets correctly when their corresponding asset layers are selected. (#25358)
   

Inventory Reorder

1. UPDATE! We’ve added a new filter that allows users to see items that are currently at their minimum quantity.
   

Inventory Requisition

1. FIX! Resolved an issue where unfulfilled item quantities were not clearing after IRs were marked as complete or cancelled. (#24692)
   
2. FIX! Resolved an issue with inventory requisition links on the iPad not working correctly. (#24190)
   

Notifications

1. FIX! The notification for items falling below their minimum counts should now operate as intended. (#25113)
   
2. FIX! Resolved an issue involving custom notification triggers disappearing. (#25388, #25200)
   

Preventive Maintenance

1. NEW! The NAMI PM Builder has been introduced. This is a beta feature that will be available to a limited number of clients and gradually rolled out to more users.
   
1. What is the NAMI PM Builder? The NAMI PM Builder allows clients to upload an OEM manual and specify the page range that contains the maintenance section. The system will crop the PDF and use AI to extract checklist items and recommended frequencies, which are then converted into a NEXGEN checklist format that users can review, edit, and add to their existing PM checklist.

1. FIX! Fixed an issue with reports’ next dates not populating correctly. (#24609)
   

Vendor

1. FIX! Fixed an issue with vendor list items not updating correctly when items are deleted. Items will now be removed from the Vendor record when an item is deleted from the system. (#25345)
   

Work Order

1. FIX! Resolved the issue of item names displaying incorrectly when hovering over item information. (#18703)
   
2. FIX! The Mark Location feature should now work as expected on tablet devices. (#20849)
   
3. FIX! Resolved the issue of the work order trip field not allowing users to add new trip options. (#25345)
