February 2024 iPad Release Notes (Version 2.6.9)

This version is NOT backward compatible. All NEXGEN users must upgrade their iPad applications to maintain access to their NEXGEN site. (Locally hosted clients should turn-off auto-update settings on their mobile applications to maintain access.)

  1. [Fix][Multiple] Service Request module was incorrectly loading the wrong resource when adding resource time (#10179)
  2. [Fix] Issue allowing users to change the status of an SR into WO in Progress without a WO. (#14721)
  3. [Fix] GIS attribute details not appearing on mobile devices (#14851)
  4. [Fix] GIS asset selections would not reset after clearing map (#14854)
