iPhone Dashboard Overview

The iPhone dashboard allows you to view maintenance information for service requests, work orders, inspections, and condition assessments. You can also view your notifications, log out, and switch domains, if your organization has more than one.

Navigating Using the Dashboard

The dashboard can be considered your home base. From here, you can quickly go to filtered lists of your work or your team's work, whether they are service requests, work orders, inspections, or condition assessments. Tap on any of the buckets to go to one of these filtered lists. You can also open the NEXGEN Hot Spot to do things such as adjust your app settings, create service requests or work orders, scan a QR code, or view additional modules.


Dashboard Basics: Customization

Tap Dashboard in the navigation bar to navigate to the dashboard from anywhere in the app. The mobile dashboard allows for customization. For example, if your work does not encompass inspections or condition assessments, you can collapse those sections of the dashboard so you can focus on service requests and work orders instead. You can also dictate the definitions of each status by tapping on the gear icon in any of the categories.



The NEXGEN Hot Spot

The NEXGEN Hot Spot is a convenient way to execute quick actions from anywhere in the app, such as searching for a record or scanning a QR code. Access the Hot Spot by tapping the large orange button at the bottom of the screen. This will open the Hot Spot menu.
