Watch to learn about the following new features:
Feature #1 - Process Areas
Users will now be able to organize assets according to a process area tree in addition to location and class.
- Parent/child asset linking will be possible by process area
- Parent process hierarchy will be available for GIS assets and can be configured using existing GIS data
- Asset Import Tool will feature a process area field
- Users will be able to add assets via process area to PMs PdMs
- Process area editing will be possible via NEXGEN's Multiple Edit feature
Feature #2 – Asset Smart Numbering
Users will now be able to setup a smart numbering convention for assets based on location, class, and process using user set acronyms. Users will also have the option to renumber their existing assets to ensure consistency across asset naming.
Please reach out to our support team prior to turning on our asset numbering feature to ensure all your configurations are properly set.
Feature #3 – PM Updates
Users will be able to add inspections/condition assessments to PM templates allowing WOs to fire with inspections/condition assessments attached. Users will also be able to add assets to PMs via process area. UI changes will also feature a side panel popup instead of a center pop-up window.
Feature #4 – Inspection Updates
Users will be able to setup conditional fields for inspections, designate comments/attachments per inspection field, and auto-fire inspections on PM and PdM Work Orders. Sub-statuses will also be available for inspections.
